Paul D. Scott

Executive Director and Board Member

Paul Scott is the creator of SF Climate Challenge, Climatepalooza, and Art Celebrating Climate Activists. A former Department of Justice trial attorney now in private practice, Paul has a long history of involvement in environmental and community focused projects in San Francisco.

Anthony MacDonald

Director of Finance and Corporate Treasurer

In addition to handling One Atmosphere’s finances, Tony has a previously worked extensively in the non-profit sector as the CFO of Samasource, a non-profit business with the mission to reduce global poverty by outsourcing digital work to unemployed people in the United States and the developing world. .

Mark Miller, AIA

Board Member

Board member Mark Miller is the co-owner and co-founder of MKThink, an ideas company, which emphasizes sustainable building solutions.  

Mark's innovative work has led to measurable benefits to environmental conditions, climatically and in particular the connection between environmental sustainability and human health.  Enterprise highlights include the formation of Project FROG (2008), the pioneering ‘kit-based” high performance green building company and RoundhouseONE (2013) data-analytics R+D that has lead to patented spatial intelligence tools to evaluate micro-climate impacts on health of toxic air quality (2019) as well as interpersonal physical proximity (2020).

Markus Andersson

Director of Operations

Markus has long been active in environmental projects in an organizational and planning capacity. A consultant and advisor to tech startups across a variety of industries, he oversees our project management and is a key contributor to our strategic planning. 

Katie Hopkins

Director of Creative Design

Katie Hopkins is a San Francisco-based creative, with experience running integrated advertising campaigns for companies like Microsoft, Sprint, Hewlett-Packard, Calistoga, and more. Katie's is a lifelong student of art and a daily visitor to the unique places of natural beauty in San Francisco. You've seen her work in the ADDYs, Echo Awards, San Francisco Examiner, the American Graphic Design Annuals, the Creative Annuals, and on Ads of the World.

Jennifer O'Brien

Director of Communications

Jennifer O'Brien is a veteran in the journalism and communications field.  In addition to serving as One Atmosphere’s Director of Communications, Jennifer also acts as public affairs representative for the University of California at San Francisco Medical School.
